What a great opportunity. We checked in with Michael at the allotted time and got started. Beginning at the Tower of London we were treated to a very solid historical guide to the history of the site and the multiple roles the fortress contributed to London history. The site is amazing and the Crown Jewels were beyond words. The boat ride was great with more amazing info from Michael as we cruised to our next stop. The short walk to the parade grounds for the Change of the Guard, again Michael was a wealth of knowledge and experience on the Westminster area and the political function of parliament. The Ceremony was dramatic, and a beautiful event. The following tour of the area around Buckingham Palace, the parks and surrounding buildings and their history was awesome. What a great tour, and we were lucky to have Michael as our guide. I would recommend this tour to anyone interested and would do follow on tours with Michael anytime, he is a gem of a guide. Thank you.

The Changing of the Guard is subject to changes in date, time and cancellation at the discretion of British authorities. Cancellation due to bad weather or other circumstances is not announced before the morning of the ceremony. When this occurs, you will be provided with a walking tour of Westminster city instead.

Please note that the changing of the guard schedule may change and on different dates we will see either Foot Guards or Horse Guards.

Please note that the Changing of the Guards ceremony is not included if your tour departs from 9am onwards. On these days, you will be provided with a walking tour of Westminster city instead.Due to increased security measures at many attractions some lines may form on tours with 'Skip the Line' access.

This tour is subject to a 24-hour cancelation policy. If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, you can do so without charge by contacting us up to 24 hours in advance of your expected departure time.
